Aria is not recognizing my user

So I haven’t used my Aria since April and went to use it tonight and it says guest. I’ve reset it several times, changed the weight in my profile, weighed 5 times, I even deleted it from my account and set it all back up and weighed 5 times again and it still says guest!! Any ideas? I don’t want to have to change the weight to me every time and it’s not reading BMI under guest either.

I just did a factory reset after deleting it from my account because it had stopped recognizing me. Same thing post reset...

Hmm, in this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Aria-Scales/Aria-suddenly-doesn-t-recognize-me-and-indicates-me-as-a... someone pointed out that you should be able to tap the bottom right corner to cycle through available people when Guest shows up. I wonder if I need to have someone else get set up on the scale as well as myself, or at least step on in to register a different guest, for it to then give me this option. Will have my wife give it a go once she gets home.
