Aria issue (sensing/step off/thinking err)

I've used this scale w/o fail for about 18 months.  I recently moved and needed to setup for a new wifi.  Upon completing successfully, the scale now "wakes up" all the time and when I step on it asks me to step off and then gets lost in a routine of step off-thinking-sensing-step off.....  Then the batteries die.  Nothing happened to the scale other than relocating to a new home and setting a new wifi connection.  What is the issue and how to fix?

@thinner64 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! i'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is displaying a "Sensing Thinking ERR" message after setting it up to a new WiFi network. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your scale stopped showing the error message.
