My Aria scale quit syncing, so I checked the help forums. The 'answer' post was to check 'Kate's' post with a provided link. Click the link, get a message saying that I don't have permission to view the page... well played, Fitbit.
After buying several wearables from Fitbit that all died within two years, I learned the real solution was to never buy Fitbit again. It appears that the same is true with their 'smart' scales.
This scale was my last tenuous connection to Fitbit. Now, thanks to their sub-standard quality and useless customer service, I will be moving on.
Thanks for the buggy ride, Fitbit.

Oh, there's an answer. At least for me; my SSID has special characters. I love that they want me to change the name of my network that I've had for years because of inferior coding and programming.
