My scales will not sync with new internet connection. v39 shows on screen then the old internet connection.

I have the same problem, since getting new wifi router. Have followed the setup steps on the fitbit website but it never connects, just sits there saying "Setup active" - please can someone from fitbit support suggest how to proceed?
