When I switched routers, my aria would not find my wifi network. I called my internet provider and had them switch my wifi signal to where my aria showed my wifi network. Luckily, the IT tech stayed on the line with me until my aria popped up my wifi network. If you are trying to setup on your iPhone sometimes the signal is blocked because the site is not secured. I switched to my tablet and it set up within 2 minutes after trying with my phone for 2 hours. Hopes this saves someone else time!
