Device only 4 months old and progressively it has stopped Syncing.
Samsung S23
I open fit bit app, hop on scales and no bluetooth icon on scales, if I hop off on a few times icon appears, but will not sync weight.
Once bluetooth icon appear switching to camera turns it off, as expected, back to Fitbit TODAY, bluetooth icon appears, but, will not sync weight.
I so frustrated and looking to return the unit, have old scales that I was manually entering weight.
I've tried removing batteries on Aria to reset.
Removed and added device back to the fitbit app.
Before I return unit, has anyone had and resolved this issue.
Thanks for anyhelp.

I contacted Google and they said version 4.20 has been released to resolve issue, I have ver 4.19. However, at this point I do not see 4.20 on the play store.

I have tried those same things without any impact. I think it is just a garbage product. The words and labels in the app do not even agree with how things are described in the very very limited documentation.

I had 4.20 installed and it still would not sync. Force stop, uninstall/reinstall, reset scale, clear cache, nothing changed.
Then I saw another no sync topic where someone said it still works with version 4.17 or earlier. I found 4.17, uninstalled 4.20, turned off auto updates, then installed 4.17 and it synced.
I do not know if it will continue to sync, but I do know 4.17 made the only difference I have seen.

I am having a similar issue and after some experimentation found that for whatever reason, the Aria Air won't sync properly if you have a smart watch paired. The Fitbit app doesn't like it if you have the bluetooth connection tied up. Hopefully Google fixes this soon, or better yet gives us a replacement for the Aria 2 that actually works
