Aria not syncing with app

I have had my Aria for a long time, and it worked great until recently. It has gradually (over the last 6 month) started taking FOREVER to sync with the app. Sometimes it doesn’t sync at all... but most of the time it takes a minimum of 24 hours, sometimes longer. The scale indicates it is sending the data via WiFi, but it sure is unpredictable and slow at best as to when it shows up in the app (phone, tablet, or computer). What has changed?

 

I’ve restarted my phone, made sure the app was up to date, restarted the app... taken the batteries out of the scale, reconfigured and reconnected to WiFi. Yet the issue persists. Any one willing to share a solution would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Good question, and I'm hoping for an answer because I can't sync mine either. It used to be synced nicely. Moved address, so new internet but I've had several attempts to sync with my app and no luck. It's frustrating. Have done as you have done.

Update: I weighed on Sunday June 16 and the scale did not sync - until I weighed today, about 24 hours later - then both weights showed up. I did nothing differently today than I did when I weighed yesterday.

I am having the same issues. It won't show up on the app or on the online dashboard, but a day or two later it magically appears. This is a real PITA, as I'm in a weight loss competition with coworkers and I can't immediately access the data for weigh-in day.
