Aria scale ERR message

I have read through all of the previous posts and tried all the possible solutions.   Left batteries out numerous times, last time 30 minutes, tried the weighing 5 times, and even tried the reset pin button hole on back.  None of these have done anything except frustrate me more.   I've seen several of these sent to support,  how can I get mine sent to them or someone give me a solution that actually works.

Believe it or Not ! 10 feet from the box is key, to fix "WiFi ERR"

I did on my ARIA (2015) quit working right after I moved (new internet provider/box etc..)

- Box name changed without special characters such as @ - ! #*?_$ ( . )( . ) lol !

- WiFi spec (802.11) b/g/n mixed in 2,4 GHz

Nothing worked 10 trials ! untill I moved the scale 10 feet away !! and it works (Yes I ve been next to the box to set it up for hours..)

Done with my an Android cellphone.

Aria just stopped taking readings. We step on it reads but then at the end says ERR. I went through the whole set up process with my scale very near my router and using my pc for the instructions and using my iPhone. I was able to log in our name for the scale and on set of initials on the phone. THen I got it  to go into set up and I changed the network to Aria's, and I logged in the password and it automatically changed back to my house network. I got back on the scale to test and still it says ERR and will give no weight. :(.

I tried moving my ARIA to be in same room, connects to wifi just fine, but still get the err message.
