Aria scale not setting up

Last night my aria scale freaked out and wouldn’t work.  It keeps saying setup active but won’t let me set it up.   Is it because I’m on iOS 13???   What can I do to fix it?

just tried again and now it says hi, step on when I do it says step off and then goes blank

I understand your having trouble with your Aria scale. Your question would be better suited for the Aria Scale Forum here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Aria-Scales/bd-p/aria
