We have Aria 1 scale and up until 2 weeks ago, worked/synced etc. with no issues. Changed the batteries (our initials and everything worked, but wouldn't sync to accounts) placed scale in setup mode and now scale will not connect to wifi. Keep getting Wifi Err - have made multiple calls to fitbit and our internet provider. Our router is at a 2.4GHz and Protocol is 802.11b, so there is NO reason why this scale isn't working. As of last night I was told by Fitbit customer service, that they have no further suggestions, my warranty is out and moreless I will need to purchase a new Aria 2..........NOT HAPPY
I've been reading these forums looking for suggestions and there was a part that talked about IP address, but I have no idea what any of that means or how to do it.
