Aria showing ERR. Took out batteries,  put back in, weighed 5x, on flat surface   barefeet, reset  nothing works

Just curious if your scale displays SETUP ACTIVE after the ERR code?  Might you know what to do next since I don’t remember how to enter setup mode?

I haven’t been able to get my aria scale to sync with the app for ages. I’ve tried everything. Removing batteries, running the set up again, weighing myself several times. I’ve also noticed the weights fluctuate a lot so it seems very inaccurate. I feel like support is gone for the original Aria scale
