Aria scale

Scale not working, tried resetting numerous times with no luck.

 

Scale can’t be reset, problem is with the network, tried that as well. 

 

Great scale but very bad with setup or reset.

@GIbb Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I apologize for the late response. However, I want to follow up on the issue that your Aria scale is experiencing. By the way, thank you for trying to reset it before contacting our forums.

In order to assist you better, please let me know more details about the issue, is your Aria displaying any error message? Did it stop syncing with your network? Have you made changes to your network (router, router settings or WiFi password)?

Still not working, very bad setup with Fitbit, telling everyone rather to get other devices besides Fitbit as there is no support and solution.

We recommend you update to our newest model.  It is called the Garmin Index Smart Scale.
