I just pulled my battery’s for 10 seconds, then I pushed the pin though the little hole for 10 seconds. After that I did the set up page and it still is sending the weight to the guest instead on my initials, I’m the only user on the scale and I don’t understand why the guest is the first user it picks. When I try to tap it to change there is no luck and up uploads the data.

I just read this article which explains why the scale often reassigns your weight to the wrong person.  I know you said that you're the only user on teh scale, but when it shows you a screen about which icon is yours, you have to select your icon otherwise your weight will be assigned as a "Guest", regardless of how many people use the scale.
