for all of you with faulty scales that you paid over £100 for, I’d like to share fit bits disgusting response.
clearly they know from forums and customers that they fail after the year is up and that the parts break. And that weighing yourself 5 times and changing batteries or shaking the scale for 15 seconds will not fix their cheap manufacturing issue.
I’m so disappointed in this brand. Instead of helping they just push you to buy a new one lol. This fault needs to be addressed. Instead we’ve all been scammed by a greedy company that attitude is “Oh well”

Currently we do not have a repair center and our retailers aren't certified to repair any Fitbit product, which is why we do not produce replacement parts. We apologize for the inconvenience. That being said, we'd like you to consider our Aria 2 scale. Based on all the feedback we have received from customers improvements have been made in the newest generation of the scale, including measurement range, updates on the firmware and a Backlit LCD display. We'd also like to recommend the Aria Air.
