Aria started syncing again

Just a note as Fitbit posted this is fixed now. I had to restart my xfinity WiFi router before it would work. Then when I redid the setup again it linked. Thank you Fitbit!!

Exactly what fix did they come out with? I have not been able to sync since December 13th.

Sorry, I don't know exactly what they did to fix. Many of us had our Aria stop working on Jan 7, 2021. I tried everything and it would not work. The Fitbit tech posted that it was now fixed. Once I tried again to reboot the router and reset the aria, it is now working.
