Aria stopped syncing with my network

Have had Aria scales for couple of years and now stopped syncing.

Just wasted two hours of my life with online support with Fitbit who admit there is an issue but as no longer under warranty, my only option is to buy a new set of the Aria 2 . How convenient.

I am furious.  What a waste of two hours and absolutely useless support from Fitbit.

Any bright ideas anyone?

@steppingqueen It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm really sorry to hear that your Aria stopped syncing and it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of the first setup.

I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

The timing is very suspicious. Why does the scale break just after the warranty expires? Why would anyone buy another one when they know that the company doesn't care about making a product that lasts.
