Aria not syncing with Fitbit app

My Aria has not synced with my Fitbit app since 1/22/19. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect but nothing is working

- Is your Aria scale displaying any error message?

- Have you made changes to your network (router, router settings or WiFi password)?

- What is the make and model of your router?

Hello

 

The scale is not showing an error message. It will tell me my weight but will not sync to the fitbit app.

No changes have been made to my network

My router is an Arris T-M1602 I have Spectrum internet and have had the same internet/router since before this issue started

There seem to be many other people who have the exact same problems at the same time almost as if there was a plan for the scale to become obsolete just after the warranty expires.
