Two days ago my Aria (1st gen) stopped syncing. I have reset it several times (following the instructions on the boards) and it connects with my wifi, and links to my account, but just won't sync... thoughts? suggestions?

A follow up... I reached out to support via chat last night, and spent at least an hour with support specialists King D and Rose, trying to figure out what the issue was...it was determined that I had a router/internet issue, and this morning I reset my router and voila! it works, again... I just wanted to thank the two of them very much for their assistance... the Fitbit support staff gets hammered quite frequently on these boards, and I wanted to share where they were very helpful...
