Hello, my Aria scale seems to be stuck in "Setup Active." I read the instructions and watched the video, but it still seems to be stuck (even after taking the battery out for 10 seconds and cleaning off the battery posts). I do see the Wi-Fi network for Aria, but when I connect to it, it automatically disconnects me from WiFi so it doesn't sync. I've tried doing that on my phone and on my laptop. I'm in a hotel and there is no WiFi password, so I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I just recently moved to Japan so calling the toll-free number for assistance isn't a very good option for me. Can someone assist? Thank you!
