Aria shows a "Sensing Thinking ERR" message

Hi,

I have an Aria scale, unfortunately it displays the known error "Sensing Thinking ERR". I would like to fix it because I can't afford a new one, and it's already under warranty. What I checked:
1. The software is in version v37 (Flojo App version 37, WFW version 2c0200), how to upgrade the firmware to version v39?
2. Removing the battery for 15 seconds and reinserting it did not help
3. After opening Aria I checked the condition of cable connections (OK)
4. Verify that the plastic mounting are not broken sensors (OK)
5. Connecting to the terminal (UART), throws errors:

6. How to find the reason, measure the sensor resistance ?, what should it be (wire colors, white and black?).

the resistance from black to red and white is 1K, if you desolder them, it is 1K and 2K. if black is broken you probably get 6-7K or something if still connected. the order from right to left is black, red, white if you look at the PCB with display at the top.

i can confirm that broken cables cause

the scale turns on, shows sensing and turns off immediately. it did not display ERR or something for me. V37
