I receive messages in the app - one is asking if I’m reading to hit my goals today and the other says to take it easy (if I exercised a day it’ll more before).
Even though I don’t get like a sound or buzzing to direct me to the message, they appear as soon as I open the app. I can’t stand them. I bought my Charge 6 specifically because I have tachycardia - the only messages I want to see are ones that are alerting me to my heart rate or afib..

Hi @ChiGSD! It’s nice to see you around!
I'm sorry to hear that your app is showing some pop-up messages that you don't want to receive.
You can select which messages you want to receive and which ones you want to remove. I suggest you take a look at the following help article where you will find the steps to follow: How do I choose which alerts Fitbit sends me?
