Aria syncing issues

Hi,

I have the same problem as many other people here: I get a “no sync” error message when trying to connect my scale to the network.

I did not change anything in my network, it was working ok, just one day I stop syncing. In order not to waist time I already mention that the network complied with the requirements: 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n Mixed

 

I already did the set up procedure many times with all variants that I have found as suggestions: near my modem, no special characters in the password, resetting the modem, configuring from my iPhone with a different browser (no cookies related). 

 

Is is there something else I could try in order to really solve this problem and not to just waste time? Fitbit people: please save your “I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Aria...” Just solve the problem if there is a solution; if not just say that.

hi im having this same issue as well, tried going to a friends and using their wifi still no luck.
