Aria syncs, but does update app

Our Aria 1 is connected to WiFi, it logs the weight and gives the tick on the screen. The weight logs update to the app on the Aria log page, but it doesn’t update my personal weight on my app homepage.

It was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting - the connection must be fine because it is updating the Aria log on the app.....just not the personal weight log.

Please help.

Hi @Flash1984,

 

My Aria 2 does this occasionally.  Have you tried logging out and back in to your Fitbit account? Usually this works for me.
