Yet even though our weight is 50 pounds different, occasionally Aria thinks she is me and asks her to pick who she is.  SINCE THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN we don't respond fast enough and ONE OF US GETS LABELED AS A GUEST, forcing me to find the obscure password I set for this site, log in and fix the weight assignments.

 

Come on, 180 is a lot less than 235, why would it ever have problems knowing who is who?

 

Is there a sofftware update that will fix this?

Hi @James-Is-James, although I don't know for sure why your weights are being confused, I can hazard a guess based on my own experience.  May I ask how often are you weighing in?  I find that if I don't weigh in for a couple of weeks, the scale asks me to confirm my account as well.
