Aria will not recognize user after WiFi reset

I have just reset my Aria scale to a new wifi. I could not set it up on my android phone or iPad, I had to use my MacBook Pro. After 15 mins of trying to get it to connect, it now does not recognize my weight as a user for the scale anymore. I have followed all the instructions but it still says I am a quest. Please help.

I am having the same problem and have reset it over and over again and it still is showing me as 'GUEST'

I'm having the same problem. Its so frustating! Every single device i have from fitbit seems to not work properly anymore.
