Ive set this up 2-3 times before when my provider or WiFi changed, but for whatever reason I cannot get it to link to my new WiFi. I got to set up (tried both my phone and the Windows app) placed the scale into set up mode where it can be seen as an open WiFi signal and the app will not see the Aria signal even though I can on the same device that the app is running from. Any ideas? I assume I'm just missing something easy here....is it the fact that the scale has been previously set up? Do I need to do a factory reset? If so, I don't see how to do so.
Updated:I get to where the scale try's to connect once I've selected the wifi network and have reconnected my phone but the scale never connects. It just keeps saying its connecting and never finishes. What reasons might there be for this? This has never been an issue before. Almost ready just to scrap it as I dont use my Charge 3 anymore so i guess i have little reason to keep in the fitbit world but it would be nice to figure out instead of going with a Withthings scale.

Hi runningrpm, did you ever work out how to fix this issue? I’m having the same problem. Thanks

I have an Aria 2. I have downloaded the fitbit app. But the scale will not hook up to the wifi . I have removed the batteries several times so I could start fresh. Still no connecting. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I am 10minutes away from returning it.
