I have worn Fitbit devices and owned the Aria scale for a number of years now. I have noticed that my Charge, and two Charge HRs have lasted about a year each and this morning I found out, by doing my own research in the forums, that my Aria is now a boat anchor because I changed routers. I found out others have received discounts or product replacements. I am here to say, no more. Your products and product support are atrocious. I spent an hour with online chat to have them ask me questions that were either already known by fitbit or what I had already keyed in to begin the chat. On top of that my first chat was disconnected because I didn't respond quickly enough. I was literally typing a response and the representative ended the chat. My wife and I both used to wear fitbits and use the scale. ALL going in the trash today. Never again!
