This isn’t the new designed “Aria 2” or “Air”... I’ve used this scale since before the new ones were invented, and suddenly –coincidental with the latest “upgrade” four days ago!– it won’t sync and has lost all previous weigh-in data (back to February1??) I can’t even find a link to “sync now!”
Edited to add: app shows battery full and last sync as “February 1, 2021!”
It was synching just fine until I installed the new (4 day old) update this morning!
