Aria won't sync

Hi, I bought an Aria on Ebay, and it synced the first time but has not synced since.  What is the point if I have to enter the data manually.  I was thinking of removing the Aria from the App and then reinstalling it.  Any ideas?

 

You can't step into the same river twice. So, go with the Flo!

You bought an original Aria on EBay? That may be part of the problem as that scale is well over 2 years old. First thought, take out the batteries for 30 minutes and try again.
