Purchased these scales a week ago.
After the initial ridiculously painful experience of setting up two profiles, it would lose connection to each time a second user was added!
Today having gone to use them Bluetooth doesn't come on at all. I have reset multiple times, removed the batteries for 15 seconds, tried a different set of batteries all to no avail.
What in fact I have is an overpriced set of scales which offer no smart functionality.
Absolutely ridiculous that this product was released in what is such a shoddy condition.
