My air scale smart one won’t stay connected through Bluetooth does anyone have a answer for me I have deleted and reinstalled the app still and it tells me it’s on another devise  new IPhone se 3rd generation up to date with 15.5  need help

I'm having a similar issue, I stepped on the scale yesterday and it wouldn't connect to the Fitbit App.  I disconnected the device from my Fitbit app and had to reinstall it but it said someone else (my wife) needed to give me permission since she was still connected to it.  I reset the scale and now when I go to install it in the app, it finds the scale and gives me a message that it is connecting but it just spins for a significant amount of time without ever connecting to the scale.

same exact thing happens to me...just spins. will not connect. It was connected, and now i cannot get it back. Did you have any luck fixing it?
