Body fat no longer detected by Aria 2

For two years my Aria 2 registered my weight AND body fat %. Days ago it started registering random body fat numbers. Yesterday it completely stopped registering my body fat %. My weight is still registering accurately. I've replaced the batteries. I've turned the show body fat setting off and back on in the app. I have gotten on and off the scale 5 times and still the body fat % does not register. Nothing has changed in how I use or store the scale. Why won't it work? How do I get it working correctly again?

Mine has been malfunctioning with regards to BF just displays the __% never calculates fat. 

i have tried reset by 2, no go. Slick concrete floor. Barefoot.  Weight is same within 1/2lb either way.

My Aria stopped reporting body fat on 3/20/2020 and hasn't since. New batteries, barefeet and cleaned surface several times. Worked perfectly from 2/11/2015 until now.

Mine stopped recording BF% on Feb 7, 2020. Thought it might be conductivity on the glass, so I wetted my feet.  No change. I also tried starting fresh: deleted the scale entirely from my accounts, replaced the batteries, added it back as a new scale, changed to lean mode, turned BMI display on, changed from pounds to kilos ... all to no avail.  Everything works fine except it no longer measures BF%.

@NickAdams — sounds like you are within the warranty period.  Contact customer support.  If they can’t get it fixed they should replace.  (If they do get it fixed please post back as to what helped).
