I recently change from routers to a Pod Mesh Plume. I have tried to add my Aria scale to my wifi with no success. I read to delete the user and I did so. Again I attempted to get the scale on the wifi with no success. What should I do next? Do I need to buy the latest version of the Aria scale? Is there another way to reset the scale that I'm missing? HELP, longtime Fitbit user.

Networking Requirements
Aria 2 connects directly to your home’s Wi-Fi network and supports the following
network configurations:
• Wireless 802.11b/g/n, 2.4 GHz standard
• WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
• Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria 2 requires an 802.11b/g/n-compatible network to connect and sync your scale
data to your Fitbit account.

There are loads of users complaining they can no longer connect to a wifi, even though they have the required protocols setup. I've given up and have moved back to Withings, others are moving to cheaper bluetooth scales that link to fitbit like the Eufy Lite. Aria is pretty much a doorstop now if you want it to link to anything. Pretty bad service from support as well
