Change in Aria scale Body Fat %

Question: Did something change in the Aria scale Body Fat % calculation software a few months ago?  I have had this Aria scale for several years. I suspect that the Body Fat % calculation has been off (too low) for most of that time, but it was very consistent. In January, my reported Body Fat % went up 50% in one week and had stayed relatively stable since then.

I didn't notice any such change with the Aria 2, and have not seen other mention of this.

One thought: when it changed, did you start taking a diuretic (common for high blood pressure)?  Removing water from the body seemingly would have the effect of looking like higher body fat % to Fitbit, but I doubt it would be that dramatic.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
