Error 404 when setting up Aria Air

I went to use my Aria Air to do my regular weigh in and it would sync with my app, so I went to remove the device and re-add it when I got the 404 error. I’m not sure what to do.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's odd that you're getting that error message when setting up the Aria Air. To investigate on my end, may I know the model and OS/software version of your phone? Have you tried using a different device to set up your scale?

 

In the meantime, let me recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Aria Air from the Bluetooth devices list.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Aria Air:
    On the back of the scale, touch and hold the button for 5 seconds. The display will flash oTA.
    Touch and hold the button for another 5 seconds until the display shows clr.

  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device > Aria Air.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions.
