Exporting Weight Data in a Useable Format

How do you export the weight data to be able to upload it to Garmin Connect? I need to do this so I can wash my hands of this god forsaken product!

@mickkmik   I found this article on Garmin Support.  This is from a general internet search and I don't have any personal experience with it.
