My Fitbit scale is useless today.
I purchased it on June, and it stopped working.
At the beggining I came to this forum and some of the solutions were:
- Change batteries. I did it.
- Perform a factory reset. I did it.
No further solutions exist. At the beggining of all, was difficult to introduce the weights in the app by wifi. Later on it was turning on by itself without anybody stepping in. A few moments later it was providing strange measurements. And now what it happens is that it does not turn on when you step on it, you have to press the button in the backside as you were changing units. After that, you step on it but the measurement remains at 0.00 kg.
Anybody has gone through this issue aswell?
