I have a Fitbit Aria scale bought in 2014. always sync ok until Nov 2017. followed the instruction to reset many times but still doesn't work. Who can help?
actually the issue is: we followed the instruction to reset the WIFI connection, however the setup page keep prompting "set up didn't complete"

Having the same issue. Tried deleting device from app and going through "add device" again and it gets through process until it says "saving network" and then crashes and returns to set up screen. I realize thos is the original scale but it wasn't cheap. I've had connection problems in the past, and I've also had problems with the Blaze. At this point I'm about to give up on Fitbit entirely.

I am having the same problem with the original version of the Aria which last synced on 3 Oct 2019 but I can see no reason why it would have stopped working.
