Fitbit Aria won't sync to app

My aria won’t sync to my app, it will sync to my actual Fitbit page on my browser but not my app. It’s really annoying any suggestion I’ve taken the batteries out, the app is up to date and I’ve reset it I’ve fixed my bf problem by changing the batteries but I can’t see the weight stats on the Fitbit app HELP !!

Hi, @Ashleynanette! I would suggest trying logging out and back into your app and also trying to clear the cache and data on the app and seeing if that works.
