Inaccurate weight

All of a sudden my scale thinks that I have lost 25+ pounds in just a couple of days.  I have tried taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and then replacing with new batteries; taking the new batteries out overnight and pressing the reset button.  It is on hard flat surface; I have gotten on and off 5 or more times in a row and it's still showing a ridiculously low weight that is not even possible unless I was dead.  I have also removed the device from my app and set it up again on my wifi and still not showing accurate weight.  What else can I try?

I've not seen this before, but since this hasn't been answered yet, the one thing I'd suggest would be to follow the manufacture's recommendations and clean the under side of the unit, paying close attention to the the four load cells (feet) to be sure that their function is free and clear.  I believe the manual suggests a damp cloth, but pay especially close attention that you don't introduce water through the gap around the feet.
