My aria scale has a clear liquid leaking out of it - what could it be? Nothing was spilled on it. It is coming from inside the scale. I would like to know what type of liquid I am dealing with before handling it to be safe. Is it acid from the batteries or is there another source of liquid in the scale? Thanks!

Hi @Nateyd the batteries are small and I doubt that much liquid would be coming out of them. To protect your floor, I'd at least put a plastic bag under the scale and wipe up any residue with paper towels. The fastest way to get the information you need would be support, so here is how to get them.
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
