My Aria will not sync

So I bought the Aria scale to make my life easy, as I'm a disabled and retired marine with lots of internal health issues. The first few months were great as soon as I moved from Ohio to Dallas, Texas. It decided it doesn't know me anymore and refuses to sync no matter what I try! Can anyone help or advise? Anything is greatly appreciated!🙏🏽
