I am having problems reestablishing wifi with AT&T internet after receiving a new router. My Aria was working previously. Now, it either gives me an ERR or No Sync. I have changed my password without Special characters and changed mode to 802.11b. I am getting frustrated with this Aria. -and don’t want to purchase the Aria 2.

@LoveSquats Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting to your AT&T router, even though it's running the correct settings. I would just like you to check one more detail. Please make sure that the bandwidth that your router is running is 2.4GHz. If so, let me know and I'll be happy to assist you accordingly.

Yes, my router is set at 2.4 Ghz. I have tried multiple times and it saves, join, link but then says “ No Sync”.
