3 hours we have been at setup now, first failing at Aria 2, giving up and buying Aria Air to have the same problem. The Aria 2 has been working for years and just recently dropped me from users. Trying to reconnect fails multiple times. Finally got connected with invite…(why not let multiple people use this!)
it seems you can now only have ONE ACCOUNT synced to it and yes, my husband uses it too. Got it synced on his phone, sent invite and connected on mine but never shows my weighs except on HIS phone! He removed me from the scale on his phone to try again and it removed him too. This is complete garbage, im so close to throwing these scales and fitbit in garbage and going with apple. So frustrated.
