This link - like many that preceded it- is ridiculous.
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Aria-Scales/RESOLVED-Aria-Air-won-t-sync/m-p/3888221#M37835
I am trying to figure out how to reset my Aria so it will sync. I feed the question to Google, which puts me on the above link/ topic. No answers. Just a big happy "ANSWERED: Go to the Bests Answer", which brings me to the bottom of the page and another button link to -presumably- a reset procedure:

Only it's NOT. Instead, I am on a broader page for troubleshooting. It does have a link for "reset your Fitbit device", and THAT lands me here:

@Matthew - are you guys paid by the click? No products are perfect, but let's face it, FITBIT does not have a great track record for HW reliability. FIX YOUR KB. I should be able to answer a question for a KNOWN issue with (presumably) a known fix without so much reading and clicking.
Google does like 90% of the work getting me to your KB on a targeted article for a specific question. All you need to do is provide an answer.

Hello @johndarpino and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry that you are frustrated. What model scale do you use? You wrote Aria in your text, but your link is for an Aria Air. The user manuals for all three scales are available here: Fitbit User Manuals Reset instructions are different for each model. I hope you can find the answer you need in your User Manual.
To be complete, Fitbit updates its Help articles from time to time. Fitbit recently updated all the Help articles to Google Support articles. Many old links (your link is from 2019) aren't valid. They have been updated.
