My scale keeps saying Sensing, Thinking, Err. I tried resetting it to no avail. Help please.

I have just replaced the batteries on my Aria scale. Now I am getting SENSING, THINKING, ERR.

I have viewed other posts but couldn't find a solution. I have tried removing a battery for 15 seconds and going through the setup process. I have tried weighing myself 5 times in a row. The scale is on a hard flat surface and I am weighing myself in bare feet. Nothing has worked and I continue getting SENSING, THINKING, ERR

I get the same thing and did everything you did. Hoping I didn’t break the scale as it’s been a few months since I stepped on 🙃🫣😟….
