Can't reply to any threads they've all been locked, but randomly my wife stopped getting her weight on the scale, her weight hasn't changed by that much (2-3 lbs at most) since the last weigh in a few days before (don't eat pizza then weigh the next day!) it used to be you just went to guest weighs in picked it as you and it would start working again, but since that's been removed there's no way to get it to start recognizing someone again is there?

@Ride529 This happens to me all the time, sometimes with a smaller weight differential than your example. I weigh myself either with socks or slippers on, something that blocks body fat measurement. Some of the time, I get a weight (but no body fat) and my scale recognizes me. I re-weigh again to get full information. The rest of the time, I get the head with a question mark in it. I step off and am asked to verify my icon. Weigh again, sometimes a few times, to make sure I am recognized.
It is my understanding that Fitbit removed the ability to reassign a guest weight over privacy complaints. Fitbit weights weren't as private as claimed.
Fitbit started locking certain threads for no activity in 30 days. Even if there is no solution.

So fix the security so that only the owners of the scale can see it, removing this feature makes the scales much harder to use, and it's a Giant pain. If someone I don't know somehow sneaks into my house and uses my scale it's not a privacy issue at all, in fact I'd argue it's more of a privacy issue not to tell me!

@Ride529 I agree that this is a giant pain. You can give feedback directly to Fitbit in the Fitbit app if you have migrated to a Google account. Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback. I have.
