cant load configure the aria, after reading help formums that I too used a extender to originally load settings, to change settings im asked to "tap". Ive been tapping but it turns itself off.

I. any change to my new wifi. I have spent many hours trying and nothing works. So this scale is just a scale now. Sad I can’t connect it

@annabragg Welcome to our Fitbit forums! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting to your network.
Please let me know what is the make and model of your router. In the meantime, make sure that your router is running the protocol 802.11b and bandwidth 2.4GHz. These settings can be reviewed with your Internet service provider.

You are not alone and unfortunately you will probably just get run around and no support from the support department of Fitbit.

The scale is not working at all.
I am getting the
setup active
step off
err
message
even after weighing 5 times
taking the batteries out
putting a pin in the factory reset hole
shaking & turning upside down
and ensuring a flat hard surface
none if your suggested solutions are working
I’d like a refund or a replacement
