Trouble adding Aria 2

My aria 2 was running low on battery so I replaced them which made my aria 2 stop syncing correctly to the Fitbit app so I removed the device from the app and now when I try to add new device it says it can’t find the aria 2. Also, my aria 2 just keeps reading ‘setup active’ even though I’ve messed with the batteries and tried the factory reset button.

@CaliCorbin, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 won't connect or sync. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you managed to connect your Aria 2. Also,let me know if you have made changes to your network, such as router, router settings or WiFi password. These details will help me to assist you accordingly.
