my aria 2 is stuck in www.fitbit.com/setup mode and when I try putting in the 4 digit code it tells me something went wrong and stays in search mode. I've used my iPhone,pic and iPad and get the same issue. I've also removed the battery and done the new install app and still no further on. Pls help me as this is important to me to keep track of my weight loss. Ty in advance

I'm sorry to hear about the setup issues that you've experienced with your Aria 2.
Please make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article. This article contains a list of the requirements needed to connect an Aria 2 with your WiFi. Check out if your WiFi has the requirements needed.
